I like some of Tim Ferris' philosophies. But he really stretches things, if not outright skews reality. He doesn't consider 'fun' stuff work like going to events and networking. He also claims to be a kick boxing champion. But what he really did was push his opponents out of the 'box' after finding out it would disqualify them and he would win.
But I think there's good information there. People fill up work days b/c it's "work". I'm sure most of us could trim hours off of our lives by being more efficient.
normally i love tim ferris but i thought this talk was a bit boring.
Hi Susan and Matt,
Agree that this is not the best that Tim has to offer but with anything, it's what you take out of it that counts. Everything has something worthwhile to use and build on.
cheers,
Liz
