With 2006 coming to an end, there is much talk about goals and resolutions for 2007. But how about forgetting about goals for a minute and think about dreams. As writers, we all have dreams and ambitions of what we want to achieve. So I thought I’d share my ‘dream list’ of where I want my articles published.
1. The New York Times Travel Section
2. National Geographic Traveler
3. Conde Nast Traveler
4. Travel + Leisure
5. Gourmet Traveler
But just in case you think I need a reality check, I’m well aware that this is a ‘dream list’. I’ll be posting my ‘2007 writing goals’ on Sunday. Unfortunately, they are much more grounded and realistic…for the time being.
